Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. Her fame was first noticed in Australia through her character Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap show Neighbors in a series of ten episodes that aired between 2006 and 2007. In Hollywood, she began with two projects. First was Hollywood & Wine with which she was a young and hopeful actress. She then landed a role in the role of Maya an extremely seductive medical student, in Scrubs the ninth season. After a short time, the show gets cancelled. After that, she continued to film an episode of the Farrelly brothers-produced comedy known as Good to Shoot. It featured Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress was seen in short-form films, as well as B series films. In 2013, she was discovered to a wider audience. After being featured in six episodes of the drama about detectives Franklin and Bash and landing her first role as a regular in the web-series Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia, the actress got a number of new projects.
